INVESTOR ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To maintain the quality and focus of engagements, investors must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Actively investing in Insurtech/ fintech startups in MENA or globally.
  • Representing a VC, PE firm, CVC, sovereign fund, or large family office.
  • Have completed at least 3 relevant deals in the past 24 months.
  • Assets under management (AUM) exceeding USD 50M (Exceptions considered for strategic LPs and angels)

INVESTOR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for full hosting, investors agree to:

  • Attend a minimum of 20 pre-scheduled 1:1 meetings with startups.
  • Participate in curated roundtables and/or panel sessions
  • Attend pitches for pre-screened startups during the summit and provide feedback on pitches to support startups.
  • Provide a full report of meetings attended and feedback on the overall experience.

  • Through our event app, you can access profiles of all participating startups and representatives.
  • Enable investors and startups to express preferences and pre-schedule meetings.
  • Pre-event platform opens 2 weeks prior to allow agenda planning.
